Hi, I’m Tracey

If you’re anything like me, animals aren’t just part of your life—they are your life. They’re family, they’re comfort, and they’re often the best part of your day.

My love for animals started long before I ever thought about it as a career. As a little girl, I created my very own “rescue centre” at the base of an old oak tree, trying to save mice and birds from my cat. I’ll be honest—my success rate wasn’t brilliant—but that instinct to care, to protect, and to do my best has never left me.

At 10 years old, I discovered horses, and that was it—I was hooked. I spent every spare moment helping out at a local riding school just for the chance to ride. That passion grew into lessons, loan ponies, and eventually my own horses. I knew early on that this wasn’t just a hobby, it was who I was.

After leaving school, I trained professionally and went on to spend 10 years working in a hunt and race yard. It was hard work, long days, and early mornings—but I loved every minute. During that time, I also found a quiet joy in caring for gardens, keeping them tidy, healthy, and ready to be enjoyed.

Life then gave me an opportunity that would shape everything that followed—working with The Suffolk Punch Trust. Nearly 20 years later, I’m still there, caring for these incredible, critically endangered horses and being part of preserving something truly special. Along the way, my experience has grown to include caring for all kinds of animals—from livestock to small pets—each one treated with the same care and respect.

At home, my world revolves around my own animals. My dogs are everything to me—they’re my family, my daily companions, and the reason I’m happiest out walking in the countryside. Each one has their own story and personality, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. And then there’s Titch the cat, who simply appeared one day and decided she belonged—and of course, she was right.

I know how important it is to trust someone with your home and your animals. They’re not “just” pets, and your home isn’t just a space—it’s your safe place. That’s why everything I do through Suffolk Hearts Home, Garden & Pet Care comes from a genuine place of care, reliability, and respect.

Because for me, this isn’t just a job—it’s what I love, and it’s how I’ve lived my whole life.

Hi I’m Bel


From a very young age I discovered my love of animals especially dogs and horses. I’m that person who could happily live in the middle of a field in a caravan surrounded by any animals that need a home. No matter how large or small.
As well as the animals I have now, I’ve had everything from Guinea pigs, rabbits, chickens, goats, pigs, horses snakes and bearded dragons , I’m sure I’ve probably missed something
So at home as well as my partner, I have my beautiful, loyal, and perfect German Shepherd and my crazy scatty lovable cockapoo , along with a cheeky galah , spoilt chickens, and a number of Koi and tropical fish.
I’m also a very proud mum of four and an even prouder, and of course a very young nanny of 10 beautiful grandchildren, each with their own personalities, quirks and extremely lovable traits. I also have 3 stepchildren. And my door is always open for any of them day or night.
I like to be busy and put my heart and soul in everything I do. Going above and beyond with care and passion.
I love where I live and enjoy long walks with my dogs (and of course yours) and discovering new places.
I started my working career as a hairdresser which I still do on a daily basis .
Along the way I have managed a few large livery yards where my passion for horses was fulfilled, I love being outdoors and although horses are hard work it was never a chore.
Trust is so important to me , I know how hard it is to trust someone to look after my animals, I’m lucky that my family generally look after mine.
